XS Power XP3000 12V AGM Reserve Battery is a reserve-energy battery for an electrical system with accessory or audio loads. Its AGM construction uses absorbent glass mat electrolyte retention in a sealed, valve-regulated lead-acid design.

Practical application examples

• Audio-system reserve: A system used with the engine off needs a reserve-energy plan. Add the amplifier and accessory current demand, choose an allowed discharge depth, and check how the charging system will restore energy.
• Accessory support: Lighting, fans and electronics draw energy even when the starter is idle. Size the installation for those sustained loads, and check the alternator, wiring and protection separately.
