Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible online orders. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return authorization.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories
  • Show no signs of installation, use, fuel, oil, mounting, or damage caused after delivery
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Approved non-defective returns are subject to:

  • An 18% restocking fee
  • Customer-paid return shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • a damaged item,
  • a defective item,
  • or an item that was incorrectly shipped or misrepresented,

contact us immediately at: matt@lee-motorsports.com

If the issue is determined to be our error, return shipping and replacement costs will be covered by Lee Motorsports.

Photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product may be required to process damage claims.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Race fuel, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or chemicals
  • Batteries
  • Opened fluids or lubricants
  • Electrical components
  • Installed, used, or modified products
  • Custom-order or special-order items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care or wearable items
  • Products marked “non-returnable” on the product page

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or products that are incompatible with your specific application.

Powersports Vehicles & Equipment

All powersports vehicle sales are final.

Due to the nature of powersports products, we do not accept returns on:

  • scooters,
  • pit bikes,
  • ATVs,
  • UTVs,
  • golf carts,
  • or other motorized vehicles.

These products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Lee Motorsports will assist customers with applicable warranty claims and warranty-related parts support when applicable.

Some powersports products may arrive partially assembled and require final setup, inspection, adjustment, fluid checks, and battery installation prior to operation.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, the original item must first qualify for an approved return. Once processed, a new order may be placed separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days of delivery under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Returned products must still meet all eligibility requirements listed above and must remain unused and in original condition.

Hazmat products, custom orders, and exempt items may not qualify under EU return regulations.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • refunds will be issued to the original payment method,
  • less applicable restocking fees and shipping charges,
  • within approximately 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.
