No. The correct voltage is only one requirement. Chemistry, maximum charging voltage, current limits and maintenance behavior must also match the battery instructions.

How long will charging take?

Time depends on the charge deficit, battery acceptance, charger current and charge stage. A simple Ah ÷ A calculation is only an ideal estimate; tapering, losses and battery condition add time.

Does automatic shutoff mean I can leave it connected indefinitely?

Only when the battery and charger instructions explicitly permit that use. Lithium storage and float behavior can differ from AGM requirements.
