The Stacker’s Attic

Overstock, New Old Stock, Open-Box & Used Performance Parts

Some of it is brand new. Some of it is open box. Some of it has been sitting on a shelf or riding around in a race trailer waiting for somebody to finally need the damn thing. We label it for what it actually is.

Start with condition or part type. The product page tells you what it is, what shape it is in and what comes with it. No detective work should be required.

Brands in the Attic now

These are the brands in here right now. When the parts change, this list changes with them.

Not everything in here is used. Not everything is new.

That is why we label it.

The product page is the final word. If a detail is not there, ask before you order. Mystery is great for movies, not race parts.

New

Exactly what it sounds like: new product in normal sellable condition. No detective work required.

New Old Stock

New and unused, just not fresh off yesterday's truck. It may be discontinued or older inventory that spent a while minding its business on a shelf.

Open Box

The box has been opened or beat up. That alone does not prove whether the part was installed, so read the product listing.

Customer Return

It came back. We tell you what we can verify about installation or use, and we do not fill the blanks with guesses.

Never Installed

Unused, but the retail packaging may not be perfect. If the box matters more than the part, this may not be your aisle.

Take-Off / Racer Spare

The sort of thing racers haul around because the one time they leave it home is when they will need it. Known history goes in the listing.

Used

It has been used. We show and describe what we can so you are not buying a mystery part.

Scratch & Dent

Cosmetic ugliness disclosed up front. Pretty boxes do not make cars faster.

Why the Attic exists

Good parts do not always come through the front door.

Overstock racing parts, discontinued racing parts, open-box performance parts, customer returns, racer spares and used racing parts do not fit the normal catalog. They still need a proper place to live.

The Stacker’s Attic is that place. Here is what it is, here is what condition it is in, and here is what we know. No treasure map. No “pre-loved” nonsense. It is a race part, not a rescue dog.

Before you start digging

Is everything in here used?

Nope. The Attic can have brand-new overstock, new old stock, open-box parts, returns, never-installed parts, racer spares and used parts. The label on the product page is the one that counts.

Are the photos of the actual item?

Only when the listing says they are. Otherwise, they may be manufacturer or reference photos. No stock-photo magic tricks: if the distinction matters, ask us before ordering.

Can I reorder it later?

Maybe, but do not count on it. If it says one available, assume somebody else can buy it while you are thinking about it. That is how one-off inventory works.

How do I confirm fitment?

Start with the manufacturer number and application details on the product page. If fitment is still fuzzy, call Lee Motorsports before the wrong part becomes a pain in the ass.
