Use these diameters only for the matching FLF crimp hose/end/sleeve combination. Rubber and PTFE assemblies use different diameters. Reusable swivel fittings follow a separate assembly method.

Published tolerance: ±0.05 mm or ±0.002 inch. All listed sizes specify a full-length crimp.
Verify the assembly
Measure the finished sleeve with a caliper. Excessive compression can damage the insert and restrict flow; insufficient compression can allow separation. FLF instructs cutting off and discarding over-crimped ends. Follow the exact tooling instructions and pressure-test the completed assembly before service.
